Covid 19 Pandemic: Misery of Local Farmers in Darjeeling Hills

India had made an early move to constrain the spread of COVID 19, requesting a 21 day across country lockdown for its population 1.3 billion persons beginning March 25th 2020. The progressing wellbeing emergency influenced various society including agriculture and farming. This paper represents effect on hill especially agricultural business performed by native peoples Darjeeling hills who are basically daily labours. Soils not suitable performing so easily like plain lands non-application synthetic pesticides makes tough. survey work was divided into two parts one containing period before another as well unlock phases. Outcome this report reveals that there significant loss farmers during phases, due failure selling products. Although government has taken several steps combat situation, but crisis is yet unsolved.
